When children and young people experience severe traumas the effects of this are always carried into adult life which leaves the individual struggling to make sense of the society and world in which they find themselves in. Of these individuals most end up living life with a debilitating state of mind and then there are those who are able to find support but still require intense therapy to come to terms with their situation.

This project aims to lay foundations through education and proactive movement such that traumas are addressed early as possible so that children and young people do not carry them into adulthood. Research will be performed to develop a package containing counselling and workshops which can be offered to schools and communities in the areas this charity is set-up to focus. If successful, the longer term aim is to open this up across the country.
